Here are a few other practice drills you can work on using ProStance:

Back Foot Only

Try hitting shots with just your back foot (the right foot for a right-handed golfer) on the ProStance. This will encourage you to maintain your balance on the backswing.

Front Foot Only

Try hitting shots with just your front foot (the left foot for a right-handed golfer) on the ProStance. This will encourage you to turn into the left heel on the downswing.
